updating the issue tracker

Hi,

First of all, thanks Adelita for updating all those issues last week -
it looks like everything is in the right version bucket now! We
decided on IRC that there wasn't much use for two phases of fix and
close - we can just close when something is done and reopen if more
work is needed.

I noticed some issues open for 1.1 that have already had commits - if
you've recently fixed an issue, can you check whether it can now be
closed?

We also need to now go through the 1.1, 1.x and 2.0 buckets and check
that everyone agrees this is the correct roadmap. Personally I'd like
to see the 1.1 list shortened and a 1.2 planned that takes care of
some infrastructural issues (like the build).

Going forward, we should also make sure the "unscheduled" bucket
remains empty by assigning a version when new issues come in and have
been properly reviewed, and that issues are closed with the correct
version as they are completed.

Any other comments on issue tracking?

Cheers,
Brett
