Snapshot updates are not recognised due to the copies in UAC

description

Snapshot updates are not recognised even when resolved to the Maven local repository, due to the copies in the UAC and RDF repository not being updated. To workaround the issue, you must remove both ~/.m2/uac/gac_msil/LIBRARY/... ~/.m2/uac/rdfRepository/memorystore.data
